Hamburger Vegetable Soup
So much you can do with this recipe...I added garlic, Italian spice & cheese tortellini instead of elbow pasta...Very tasty!

My Crab Cakes
This was an awesome base recipe. I used yellow onion and all bread crumbs (out of crackers), I also threw in a couple of finely chopped shrimp, celery and 1-2 tsp of curry powder. Thanks

Chicken Angelo
The first time I made this (exactly to the recipe) I too found it a bit bland. Now when I make it I marinade the chicken breasts the night before in zip lock bags with chicken broth, garlic, and whatever spices I happen to feel like.
