Beer Cheese Dip II
I like this recipe as a base; however, being a fan of The Melting Pot's cheese fondue, I alter this dip to taste like the restaurant's version. To the cheese, I add a tablespoon or two of Worcestshire sauce and a teaspoon of mustard powder. I then microwave the mixture until melted and pour it into a bread bowl before serving. Voila -- Melting Pot fondue taste in a fantastic dip that everyone loves at parties!

Amaretto Cream Cake
I have been making this recipe for over four years, and here are my suggestions and/or recipe changes: 1) Substitute three cans of Solo apricot filling for the apricots (will make layer filling much thicker and tastier) 2) For cake mix, use Duncan Hines Butter Golden cake 3) Add two to three tablespoons of pure almond extract Enjoy!
