This was really great! It can get running if you subsitute flour as the thicken agent. All the same, it's versitile and quick yummy.

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a great cookie! I used vegan margarine, egg replacer instead of eggs, vegan chocolate chips (they're DARK!!), and a vegan sugar (non-refined)...I still had to use the brown sugar....BUT it worked beautifully! Excellent!!!
