Oven Scrambled Eggs
This is a busy moms dream come true. I have put this recipe to use in ways I never thought I would have. They or great just as they are and I use them most often in breakfast burritos. This way I have to stove top for all the other things and don't have to mess with the eggs. They come out perfect everytime. Thanks for the great recipe.

Hot Mocha Drink Mix
I am so happy to have found this recipe. I hade one very similar and lost it when we moved. I am delighted to have found it again. This mix makes a wonderful gift and an easiy way to add some flavor is by using the flavored creamer mixes. I love the hazelnut and irish cream flavors. Placed in a mason jar and toped with a swatch of festive fabric and twine will be one of my holiday gifts. I also serve this 1/4 cup mix for every 8oz of hot water.

April's Deviled Eggs
I took these to a MOPS meeting and got rave reviews. I did change the recipe though. I used 18 eggs, 6 tbsp. of mayo and 3 tbsp. mustard. By accident I ended up putting in 2 tsp. of garlic powder then added finly minced onion and 2 tbsp of sweet pickle juice. Everyone said they were great and there wasn't a single egg left. Thanks for the reviews. the mayo should be twice the mustard and from there you can really make these your own.
