Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

First of all thanks for this incredible receipe. I used the beef loin tenderloin. I panfryed them slowly over medium heat using EVO and butter. When the steaks were medium well I put the blue cheese and bread crumbs. I placed them in the broiler for 4 min. Awesome sauce for these steaks. We all loved them. My son is a Chef and he was totally impressed.

Fruitcake

I baked this Fruitcake last year and it was quite a hit. I felt a little less of the spices may help. I decreased the amount of cloves and nutmeg to 1 tablespoon each. I also added 2 tablespoon of grated orange zest. Used pecans instead of walnuts. Baked for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I am very thankful that you shared this recipe with us. It is truly the most flavorable and easiest Fruitcake.

German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

Cajun Ponchartrain Sauce

Used this over Pan Fried Blackened Orange Roughy and was truly impressed. The taste were so different but both very delicious. The tastes complimented each other one did not over power the other.THANKS
