PHILLY Shrimp-in-Love Pasta
It was okay. I used lower-fat cream cheese, so I suppose the full-fat version is what makes it awesome. I'd have to experiment to see how to keep the dish healthy and tasty.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
I've made this a few times now and it has never let me down! I never liked corned beef until this recipe.

Hamburger Goulash
Absolutely a family favorite. I can't believe my kids gobble this up so much. I use ground turkey instead to make healthier.
