Panzanella Salad
Loved the fresh veggies and bright flavors. This was great on day one but scale the recipe because soggy bread isn't great for leftovers.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This was very easy and had good flavor and texture. It was nice to bake this vs. the usual pan searing in butter or oil. My waistline is happier :)

Steamed Clams in Butter and Sake
This was very different than any other clam dish I've had. It was very sweet; actually much sweeter than I expected. I'd make it again but I'd love to know what others are serving with this dish. I served miso soup but that wasn't a very good match to the flavor of this dish.
