Crustless Cranberry Pie

Very easy and excellent flavor. I used sliced almonds and added the juice of 1/2 orange and about 1 TBSP orange zest. I used "Better N Eggs" for the 2 eggs and it was still wonderful! I'm getting ready to make it again to share with my work buddies.

Sausage Pasta

Very good - I added celery, red and jalapeno pepper (seeded) and used 2 small fresh tomatoes and fresh spinach instead of canned/frozen. I used shredded parmigiano reggiano cheese and chicken spinach sausage. Excellent flavors together!

Apple Cake I

Excellent! Like others, I halved the oil, but used butter instead. I also spiced it up a bit more with fresh ground nutmeg and a tad of cloves and added 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. YUMMY!
