MMMMM... Brownies
these were GREAT! no one mentioned this, but i had to add a few more tablespoons of water to thin it out bit so that i could mix in the eggs. i definitely would wait a good 5 minutes before adding in the eggs. but otherwise, these taste AMAZING. and adding 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, will take it to that next level!

Fudgy Cream Cheese Tunnel Cake
everybody seemed to like it and the filling was good but the cake part was a little dry for me. i'm not sure if it's the long baking time or if it needs more liquid/oil. i don't think i'll be making this again. but the icing was yummy!

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
quick and easy! we sprinkled a bit more parm on top and i also added a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to add a little bite.
