Why do I cook? Because I have four boys who love to eat like lumberjacks. Who was my greatest cooking influence? My nana because she always cooks from a very large pot for everyone and no one leaves the house without eating. She raise turkeys, chickens, turtles and had her own garden. She had everything she needed in her own backyard! I love to cook cassaroles, stir fry, cakes, pies and in very large quantities like no body leave my home with out having a serving or two. Christmas time my family always expect walnut raisin pies and sweet pineapple/brown sugar ham. Lasagna!
