High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
AMAZING, quick, easy, delicious. So many things you can do with this, put it in the oven, put timer on and leave...no fear of leaving oven on. We have done it many ways - love it on crusty warm rolls with horseradish, au jus and swiss. I wish I could cook more meat this way! if I can, please someone let me know.
