Acorn Squash Soup
Very Good. Used 1 large acorn squash. Used immersion tool to blend. Very simple, delicious soup. Also used the fat free evap milk. Thanks for a great recipe.

Cake Balls
More trouble than they are worth but if you are at a party and they are served and you like them, pay the hostess to make them for you.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
I was very skeptical in making these. I did cut back on the spices. Only used 1 t of cumin and chili powder and it was plenty. Made 6, we like a thinner burger but on a roll, with lettuce, tomato and onion....couldn't tell much of a difference. Nice low calorie option.
