Simple Syrup

This made the BEST limeade ever. Added 1 1/2 c. fresh squeezed limes, 7 c h2o and this recipe. Absolutely amazing servered chilled!!

Uncooked Banana Pudding

Loved this! Not your typical banana pudding, in my opinion, it is MUCH better. Very light/fluffy and not as sweet. I really like the difference the sour cream made.. Excellent!! I made it the night before and it was wonderful the next day. I did however crumble the wafers on top instead as I did't want the whole wafers to be mushy. This will definitely be my BP recipe from now on. Thanks!

Zucchini Brownies

I give this 5 star because it is so versatile. I altered to use applesauce, 1/2c sugar/ 1/2c splenda and whole wheat flour (no choco topping). It defintely satisfied my brownie craving, without the guilt!!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Very good. I did however, add the extra spices as suggested by others and I'm glad I did. It needed the extra flavor for our taste. Also, as a little bonus, I rolled mozzarella string cheese sticks to the edge of the dough(like pizza hut's stuffed crust pizza), and brushed the edges with olive oil for a crisp crust. My family gave it two thumbs way up!

I am more of a chocolate chip person, but these were GREAT - once I figured out what I was doing wrong. 10 min. was about right to get the chewy cookie I was looking for. 12 min made them very crunchy. thank you for the recipe!!

Pretzel Turtles

EXCELLENT! Would give it 6 stars just for being so easy- just what I need around the holidays. I tripled my recipe to utilize as many ($$$)pecans as possible. I used 3 bags of Dove chocolates with caramel(soooooo good and creamy!!). I added the pecans (before cooking) to make it quicker for pushing into the chocolate. Cooked it for 3 min (5 min would of been way too long for me) . Drizzled chocolate on top like another reviewer, just because I liked the presentation. Makes a nice addition to the basket of cookies I'm giving to co-workers. Thank you for the easy and yummy recipe!!

Roquefort Pear Salad

My husband and I really liked this recipe. Our personal preference is spinach instead of lettuce, but did everything else exactly the same. EXCELLENT! Prettty good followed with a cup of Chai, too : )

Chai Tea Mix

Excellent! I love chai, and this is very good. I did add additional cream as I like it creamy. I substituted 1 cup B. sugar and 1 cup slenda and blenda well. Turned out so well, my husband made a cup. He usually doesn't like creamy drinks. Will be keeping this around!!!!

Clone of a Cinnabon

These are the absolute best. I doubled the icing(as per other reviews) and found that I really didn't need to. But, my kids don't really like icing on their cakes either. These were just as good on day three(if sealed in a container) as day one. They are 'better' than cinnabons, in our opinion. Although not healthy, but good enough to make again on special occasions. GREAT RECIPE!!

Chex® Muddy Buddies®

These turned out very good. I did notice that the chocolate clumped up too quick on the chex when I microwaved to 'smooth' I had to stick chocolate in the micowave a little longer, until it was 'almost' runny. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but these turned out great in the end.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These were EXCELLENT!!! Followed the recipe exactly; cooked for 9 min. Each batch turned out great. These are very good "fall" cookies. Took them to a church social and had none to bring home.
