Roasted Herb Chicken & Potatoes
My chicken was a little over 5 lbs...so had to cook a little longer....it was delicious....the legsand thighs still weren't done after 2 hours. Overall....it was great...the potatoes were wonderful....my hubby loved the chicken and potatoes....will definitely do again.

Tiramisu I
I made this for a New Years Eve get together and it was very runny after being refrigerated for well over 24 hours. It tasted good but I will not make it again unless someone can tell me why it was so runny....
