Lemon Coconut Squares
I made a Gluten Free version of these by using coconut flour instead of reg. flour and half coconut oil and half butter. I also cut the sugar like many suggested to 1 1/4c, and used 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice. i cooked them for 13 mins, then topped them with coconut and cooked for another 6. they were perfect and amazing!!! People who aren't gluten free couldnt tell that these treats were! :)
