Curried Cauliflower
Even my cajun husband loved this recipe. I had to spice it up a bit by adding garlic, mustard power and cayenne pepper. It was perfect.

Hot Fudge Sauce
Truly a "fudge" sauce -- stays nice and thick on top of ice cream and cake. I used Bakers Reserve Dark Bittersweet Chocolate! I cut the recipe in half because I knew it would be good and I knew I would eat it all. I did!

Steamed Cranberry Pudding
This recipe has been in my family for over 50 years -- every year it is a given at Christmas or Thanksgiving meal. This is the first time I have ever seen the recipe in print other than my own!! It makes a beautiful presentation on china plate with holly and cranberries around.
