Cajun Style Burgers

My husband and I tried these and weren't impressed. We love Cajun but didn't like the flavor of these with or without the BBQ sauce. I don't think we'll make these again.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

The pork tenderloin was so tender, moist and very tasty. I didn't add quite the entire envelope of brown gravy because it was too salty for my taste. I had fresh asparagus and a baked potato with it and my husband loved it!

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes

I added the scallops at the last minute so I wouldn't overcook them. I found this recipe is better prepared ahead of time and reheated in the microwave. The flavors were more intense. This is a quick, easy and delicious meal and I will definitely make it again. My husband raved over it!
