Indian Saffron Rice
great rice, the only thing i did different was i cooked it in my small rice cooker using it's rice and water measure. I served this with the tarragon lovers scallops and snow peas.

Shrimp Vermicelli Salad
This is yummalicious! So simple yet so good. I took this to a potluck at work and they all wanted the recipe. I can't wait to make it again, my family loves it!
