Best Spanish Rice
This was so easy and great with enchiladas! Why buy the packaged (full of sodium) rice when you can make it from scratch? I didn't change anything in the recipe and don't plan to.

World's Best Lasagna
Finally! A great lasagna that's *not* runny or dry, just right! I did put the sauce ingredients in the crock pot on low early in the day, and made no changes and don't plan to. It's perfect "as is".

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These are my kind of cookie: soft and chewy. I do think that a tablespoon of vanilla was way too much and overpowering, I'll keep everything in the recipe the same but stick with the standard 1 teaspoon of vanilla. We used M&Ms-if you freeze the candy first, they don't crack while baking.
