Strawberry Pina Colada Pie
This was so good. I added coconut to the filling also and it gave it a nice texture.

Wake-Up Casserole

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops
This was very good and easy. Just remember to salt the potatoes a little before you cover with pork chops and sauce.
