Pleasantly surprised with taste - will use better cut of meat next time. Curry was not overpowering as I thought it might be. 1 out of 3 of my young kids liked it, my husband and I liked it alot. Used canned diced tomatoes and left out the celry since we had none - added 1/2 tea celry salt to subsitute. Might cut meat and veggies smaller to eat easier

Much better than regular potato salad. Dill pickels and celery salt were perfect!

Definately use sesame oil instead of olive!
