Quick Poached Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce
Oh, m'gosh! Delish! Didn't have yogurt & used mayo. DO WATCH poaching time. I've found that 5 min/inch for the thickest part is quite sufficient to fully cook thru, yet not dry out.

Braised Lamb Shanks
Delish! Love the flavor. Adding a bit more brown sugar, or cutting down on the vinegar really does the trick. Too bad Lamb Shanks are not always readily available in my area.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup
For those who have time-make your own chicken broth. It's even better. This is a fabulous recipe. Keep in mind that the egg thickens the soup - a lot! I'll be making this again, for sure!!
