Creamy Chocolate Frosting
This was perfect. I made it according to the recipe. It seemed very thin before beating at the end, but turned out very well with a few minutes. I made a double recipe and frosted a two layer cake with leftovers.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
The balsamic glaze was fairly tasty, but the addition of the oregano made it very bitter.

Quick Poached Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce
This was truly wonderful. I used the leftovers to make "salmon cakes" and the sauce was a graet replacement for tartar suace.
