I've wanted to try this recipe since I've seen it on here but never had. I am so happy I did though. It's awesome and delicious and can be tailored easily to your tastes. I just threw everything in the crock and let it go. My chicken was even frozen. THanks!

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

Delicious! The only thing I changed was peach preserves for the apricot. I accidentally grabbed the wrong one but it came out awesome. I also grilled it and then finished it off in the oven because I had a thick tenderloin.

Spinach and Mushroom Frittata

This was delicious! I used 6 eggs instead of 4. I sautéed the onions, mushrooms, garlic, and added tomatoes. Super easy.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

This is a fantastic base recipe. I added carrots and small pieces of broccoli and used green onions for garnish. I also used a dash of toasted sesame oil. For the chicken I used a roasted store bought chicken. It was convenient and very flavorful. Delicious.

Mango Chutney

This is amazing. Very sweet and tart and goes well on sweet potatoes and lentils. I make it frequently and it's so easy to scale down. Thanks so much

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Absolutely out of this world. I followed the recipe to the letter. Instead of flouring your work surface, try buttering it. It works much better. We buttered ours after they came out of the oven and covered them with cinnamon and sugar. To die for!
