Champagne Shrimp and Pasta
This was great. I used scallops instead of the shrimp and cooked it alittle longer. I also made more sauce was wonderful for leftovers which were eaten by my 11 year old. A Keeper

Juicy Fruit Punch with Champagne
Made this for Christmas was a big hit very light and refreshing. Definetly a keeper.

Butternut Squash Soup
I used lite cream cheese and it was still good. The soup is very thick and creamy it is a meal in itself.
