Paul's Pumpkin Bars
Excellent pumpkin bars. I followed the tips from CIRCEKITTY and filled the pan perfectly. Did the frosting just as she also suggested, although it made a little more than needed. I also added raisins to the bars (growing up mom put raisins in our pumpkin cookies -- which I LOVED) which added a nice touch.

Tiramisu Cheesecake
Although the ratings on the Kraft website rated this excellent, I have to wonder if people really tried this recipe. I really didn't care for this, although hubby liked it. To me this just doesn't taste like tiramisu at all. I wouldn't even say a great cheesecake. The required time/temp results in a cracked cheesecake - that is very dry. I will look elsewhere for a better recipe.

Mandarin Pork Roast
Made exactly as written, except I didn't have the oranges. I did double the sauce, which was delicious and a good idea. I cooked the meat in the oven to 156 degrees which was absolutely melt in your mouth perfect. Next time I will use less rosemary, as hubby and myself thought it was a little overpowering. Kids (2 & 3 year old) loved it too! They loved the sauce but also didn't care for the rosemary on top either.
