My husband and I have seven bio-kids and four adopted kids from the USA. Our kids range in age from 7-26. 8 girls and 3 boys. We are in the process of building a foster kids ranch called www.MendedFences.com Since we are constantly busy and on the go, healthy slowcooking and quick n easy recipes are what we do best. Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I am not a fan of cottage cheese so I used Ricotta cheese. Still turned out faboulous!
