Green Chili Rice Casserole

My family loved it.. I added garlic powder and some cumin(cause I love the taste) I made this a second time and added some chorizo to it and put in 1/2 pepper jack cheese and 1/2 monterey jack cheese. It was fantastic!! Great this way for a complete meal.. Wish there were more stars to give it. Thanks for a great recipe..

Classic Cuban Midnight (Medianoche) Sandwich

Grilled Orange-and-Bourbon Salmon

This is the absolute BEST marinade for salmon or any fish. Even my son loved it and he hates fish. My daughter wants to try this on grilled chicken breasts. I left out the green onions and chives, because I didn't have them and it was still wonderful..
