This was fabulous!!! I followed the majority of the recipe, but I made it with chicken only and since I didn't have enought sesame oil, I mixed what I had with wok oil, used frozen mixed veggies instead of celery, carrots and green peppers, I added ground ginger and sesame seed. I only wished I had bamboo shoots and water chestnuts to add. This cured my craving for restaurant Chinese!! Wish it had more stars. Everyone loved it!! Thanks for a great recipe. YUM...

Seven-Up™ Sheet Cake

I remember my mom making thisa, and it was just as good as I remember.. My husband liked it maybe even more than the coconut poke cake, which is (or was) his favorite... This is "comfort food"..

Precious Pineapple Cake

Very good cake. Love the lightness of it.. I think I would prefer it in a 9 x 13. there was not quite enought frosting for 3 layers..But the taste is fabulous. I'm not a huge pineapple fan (my husband is) but this was an exception for me..

Mexican Layered Dip

I added cumin to the refried beans, and browned a lb. of ground beef wuth some taco seasoing and layered this just under the top layer of shredded cheese... Serve with the tortilla chips and the kids made a meal of it!

Green Chili Rice Casserole

My family loved it.. I added garlic powder and some cumin(cause I love the taste) I made this a second time and added some chorizo to it and put in 1/2 pepper jack cheese and 1/2 monterey jack cheese. It was fantastic!! Great this way for a complete meal.. Wish there were more stars to give it. Thanks for a great recipe..

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Coconut Poke Cake

What a great moist cake. I used F.F.sw.cond. milk and had the same great results..I also added 1 tsp. of coconut extract to the cake batter..HMMMM.. My husband LOVED it

Classic Cuban Midnight (Medianoche) Sandwich

Recently got a sandwich press as a gift, and my husband LOVED this sandwich. I used hoagie rolls instead of sweet bread and used bread and butter pickles. It was very good..
