Shredded Beef Sandwiches
I used a roast instead of stew meat, and like some others, I added the sauce to the meat after it had cooked. A lot of juice cooks out of the meat and I was afraid it would dilute the sauce too much. The sauce was a little sweet for our liking, but we gobbled it up just the same.

Sausage Balls
I used 1/2 pound regular and 1/2 pound hot sausage. I also added a little water to make it easier to mix.

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
This was my first successfull attempt at homemade mac and cheese. It tasted great, but seemed to be missing something--a little mustard perhaps. I will definitely make again.
