Rotisserie Chicken Chili With Hominy & Chiles
This was very good. The only changes I made were to omit the cayenne pepper (we don't like spicy) and to cut the recipe in half. Oh, and I used 1 can hominy pureed and 1 can cannellini beans. It seemed like it might be missing something. But, it was a nice change from red chili. Thanks for the recipe.

Sausage Red Beans 'n' Rice
WOW!!!! Delicious!!! I'd never had Red Beans & Rice except Zattarans until this recipe and I'd always really liked it! But this recipe is GREAT!!!! I added chili powder, cumin and some Red Hot wing sauce (that's what I had on hand). Except for that I did it by the recipe and boy was it good. I kept taking "tastes" while the rice was cooking! Yummy!
