I have two young sons and a busy schedule. I like to cook but the kids only like "kid food". Someday... Mexican soups/chilis My mom outdoes herself every year cooking Thanksgiving dinner. She's amazing! The birthday cakes I've made through the years... Batman, Winnie The Pooh, Thomas the Tank Engine, Star Wars (2), etc. I frosted the huge Harry Potter cake for Jacob's 4th Birthday Party the night before the party and put it in the oven because there was no room in the fridge. The next day I turned the oven on during the party to pre-heat for the chicken nuggets I was going to serve, forgetting that the cake was in there, and all the frosting melted off the cake!! I had extra so I fixed it up as well as I could. :-)
