Hungry Man's Hash Browns

GREAT! I added bell pepper and only used one onion. I also fried the entire pound of bacon and crumbled it all. I threw it in the crockpot, covered in it cheese and set it to keep warm! Delicious!

Daddy's Sausage and Peppers

This was great!! I used turkey sausage and a few less peppers with a can of tomato sauce added. I served it over fettucine noodles. It was a hit with the husband and kiddos!

German Chocolate Fudge

FABULOUS! I added one cup of coconut to it so it was like a German Chocolate Cake! It seemed to harden before I got it out of the pan almost so next time I will reduce the cooking to 5 minutes. Great recipe! It is going on my Christmas baking/candy list!!!

Cabbage Rolls II

FABULOUS! Can't say enough great things about this recipe. The only real change I made was using 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce and 1 15 oz can of Hunts Meatloaf seasoning tomato sauce as the sauce to pour over the top. This will be a regular at our house!

AWESOME! I can't say enough about this. My picky 3 year old loved it. Take everyone else's advice and use the whipping cream instead of cool whip. You really need it to cut the sweetness of the pudding! Great recipe!

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Overall this was good. I omitted the onion. Instead of the spaghetti sauce and the other tomato ingredients, I just used 2 jars of meat flavored sauce. This was a hit and the leftovers became meatball subs!

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread
