Baked Potato Casserole
Had sour cream w/chives I needed to use. (husband bought by mistake). I found this recipe on all-recipes. Wonderful! Followed a reviewers tip who suggested steaming the potatoes instead of boiling them. They turned out perfect. I will use this tip often. Used what cheese I had and adjusted for the amount of potatoes I had. It's a very forgiving recipe. Except for the calories. I agree with another reviewer. It is a special occasion recipe. Holidays, cook-outs etc...But I will make this again.
