Baked Scallops
Quite good - will make with shrimp next time. I didn't measure spices or breadcrumbs but just sprinkled them over in amounts that looked right. Did *not* find this too garlicy when I went cautiosly. Served with broccoli-cheddar rice and steamed vegetables.
