Baked Scallops
Quite good - will make with shrimp next time. I didn't measure spices or breadcrumbs but just sprinkled them over in amounts that looked right. Did *not* find this too garlicy when I went cautiosly. Served with broccoli-cheddar rice and steamed vegetables.

Irish Lamb Stew
This was very good. I think next time I will replace the potato in the recipe with some celery, and serve over mashed potatoes. Maybe rosemary-garlic mashed potatoes.

Balsamic Mushrooms
Used red wine instead and served over spinach, with steak. Very good.
