Banana Raisin Cake
A 4 star recipe made to a 5 star when you add the Peanut Butter Glaze recipe from the frostings and fillings section. I did not have a pound cake pan, so I used 2 loaf pans. Baked 1 hour and they came out perfectly. Definitely consider the glaze..it really makes this cake wonderful.

Chicken and Leek Casserole
This is more like a chicken pot pie than a chicken casserole. My boyfried really enjoyed it. I added the garlic as suggested and sauteed the leeks first. Used cream of chicken soup and Riesling as the white wine. The slight sweetness of the Riesling really makes a difference in leek dishes.
