Garlic Chicken
I love this recipe. It's quick, easy, inexpensive, and so delicious!
The only think I change is to add double or triple the garlic; I'm a big garlic lover, however. If you want a more subtle garlic flavor, make the recipe as directed. I've also used garlic-seasoned bread crumbs instead of plain, and that worked well also.
