Cheesy Baked Eggplant

I almost got knocked over when this came out of the oven. Hubby loved it and ate more than half the pan (and he doesn't usually like eggplant). Will def make again. Thanks!

Bacon Roasted Chicken

So very moist! Excellent way to roast a chicken. I added an onion in the center cavity and some baby carrots.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I made these for my Father-in Law for Father's Day since he loves Peanut Butter and Chocolate. They were a huge hit! Mini-muffin pan worked out great.Barely had any left to snack on.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Made this with 2 cups chix broth, added some corn starch to thicken the rue. Hubby and I ate every last drop. I also added on the bottom of the plate some sliced baked apples. Nice mix of the sweet and vingary combo. Thx for the recipe.

Cut-Out Cookies in a Flower Pot

Made a flower pot for my Mom and Mom in law for Mother's Day and they loved them. I made the cookies 4 days before Mothers day to be sure they were right, and they were still soft!! Awesome recipe. Thank you!!

California Italian Wedding Soup

Absolutely delicious, not to mention easy to make. I used Canned Spinach, Ground Turkey and dried herbs and it still was fantastic. The hubby had two bowls. Will definately make this one again!

Caramelized Baked Chicken
