Sweet Potato Pie I
Tasted great, but the family wasn't thrilled by the idea of sweet potatoe pie. Had difficulty getting them to taste it. The admitted it was good, but preferred to stick with the traditional pumpkin.

Spinach and Mushroom Pinwheels
This would be an excellent appetizer if you didn't have to prepare it youself. It just took too long (I'm a new cook, so take that into account.) It was also a little on the bland side, we topped it with a little salsa to spice it. The dough needed something else...not sure what.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds
Only complaint - NOT ENOUGH! This was terrific! Very easy, and smelled great while baking. Next time, I'll triple the batch! (At least!)
