Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
Fabulous! I used 1/2 jar of roasted red pepper from Trader Joe's instead of the red pepper, chopped button mushrooms, and a little more garlic, a little less cream, and no extra salt. Other than those changes, followed recipe exactly. Wonderful - it REALLY does taste like something you'd get from Cheesecake Factory. Thanks much!

Herbed Corn
Great recipe to dress up plain ol'corn! My family really liked it and said "mmm, good corn Mom, what did you do?" I only used 2 T butter and poured the melted butter into the herb mixture and let sit for a couple minutes before tossing it into the corn. I used dried herbs - still it was really good:)

Spinach Pasta Salad
Very good. I'm bringing this to a pot luck tomorrow-I think I'll be the guest with the rave reviews! Thank you! Tweaked your recipe just a little: I left out the black olives (personal preference), added 3 chopped Roma tomatoes, and used 6oz of light feta. I added a little chopped fresh basil and a couple of chopped leaves of fresh mint. I love being able to go out to my garden at this time of year and just pick a little fresh herbs:)
