Creamy Broccoli Casserole
Great change from the usual processed cheese and rice casserole. I used lite cream cheese and added garlic, onion powder and pepper to the sauce. When the sauce thickened, I tossed in about 1/4 cup of grated parmesan. Really, really good-thanks!

Pumpkin Pie Bars
I've made these before with a similar recipe. Scrumptious! Does anyone know if they can be frozen? I'd like to bake now for guests for the holidays. Any tips would be appreciated! Happy Holidays!

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
Very similar to a recipe I've been using for a while. Try adding chopped red onion, 1-2 T chopped fresh cilantro and some chopped peanuts as a garnish. Great recipe - thanks for the dill idea!
