Salsa Chicken
So easy and very tasty - my niece and nephew loved it!! I prefer using boneless, skinless chicken thighs rather than breast meat. Also, I use the Taco Seasoning I recipe also found on this site.

Apple Turnovers
Great easy recipe! Next time I will remember to set out the puff pastry much earlier (40 min to thaw). I would use either smaller apples or only 3 instead of 4. I had too much filling left over, which is fine 'cause I can always use it to make an apple crisp. Thanks for the recipe!
