Apple Turnovers
Great easy recipe! Next time I will remember to set out the puff pastry much earlier (40 min to thaw). I would use either smaller apples or only 3 instead of 4. I had too much filling left over, which is fine 'cause I can always use it to make an apple crisp. Thanks for the recipe!

Roasted Cauliflower Soup
Great recipe - will make again. I did not use the sherry as I did not have any. I must have used too much flour because it was too thick at first. I ended up adding another 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of water just to make it the right consistancy.
