Mulligatawny Soup I
Yummy!! Dull Drizzly day and we needed something different--saw this and added some samosas along with naan for sides, my husband loved it! All I had was some mexican creme used that topped with chopped mangoes. Better the next day

Garlic Mayonnaise
This is very easy to make on the spur of the moment, I had just bought some fresh artichokes and needed something to dip them in. Used super fresh eggs and added a little bit of lemon and zest to it. Awesome!!

Ham Salad Spread
Great recipe and quick to whip up! Had some ham left over from a graduation brunch thought I would use it for this recipe....Stanley Cup playoffs are on and I had a bunch of hungry teenagers now they ask for it as a regular snack, makes great croissant sandwiches also.
