Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I thought this recipe was exceptionally good. I was surprised that I actually had ALL of the ingredients except one can of beans, Paprika, and Chile Peppers... My Modifications: I used 94% Lean ground beef. Instead of Italian Sausage I used Smoked Turkey Sausage. I thought the smokiness of the sausgae added some nice depth. I also pureed a can of Pineapples like someone else had suggested, this helped cut the heat but didn't make it sweet. I used 1 can of Kidney beans (drained) and one can of Chile Beans (with sauce). IMO 3 cans of beans would have been too much. I did not add bacon bits. My husband loved it and said it had Just the right amount of spiciness. Enough to feel but not too much that you can't eat it.

Cucumber Salad I
Delicious. I used the Rice Vinegar and 2 tsp. sugar. I also used white onion instead of red. Perfecto!
