Broccoli in Roast Chicken Drippings
What a great, easy idea for brocolli. I loved the flavor, but found that the brocolli was pretty tough. The next time I cook brocolli this way (and it will now be a favororite method) I plan on tenting it with foil to keep it a bit moister.

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken
This recipe turned out very well. I covered the chicken for the first 40 minutes because my mom cooks her birds the fast way and covers them. I uncovered for the last 25 minutes. At 1:05 it my thermometer told me it was done. It was crispy on the outside, and succulent and moist inside. I had placed a cut up lime inside the cavity and between that and the spice mixture, the chicken had a lot of flavor. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Terrific Trail Mix
This was easy, and left a lot of room for adapting for personal preferences. I love this recipe, and it saved me a lot of money making this myself. I love the sunflower seeds in it. I used mixed nuts, and also added m&ms.
