Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Wow! I used 95% lean beef and habanero cheese for a real crowd pleaser. I think it wouldn't have been nearly as good had I used a cheese that wasn't so spicy. Had I used hamburger with a higher fat content I think it would have been waaaaay to greasy. Thanks for a GREAT recipe, this will be something I fix monthly (we try not to eat too much red meat)

Squash Pie
I made as directed, perhaps adding more spices, poured into individual ramekins and baked as a custard. I used a squash I found called "Georgia Roaster" and it all turned out nicely. BTW.... I roast all my squash in the oven, process in the food processor & then put into vacuum bags & freeze. Having the biggest "mess" of the recipe already done, this is REALLY simple! A tasty, healthier dessert, thanks!

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
Wow I'm impressed & will NEVER buy enchilada sauce again! Super easy, quick, better than the canned stuff and uses ingredients I always have in my pantry. Thanks SO much for submitting the recipe!
