Scallops and Spinach over Pasta
THIS RECIPE WAS GREAT, I USED IMITATION SCALLOPS AND FOR A VARIATION I MELTED BUTTER AND GARLIC POWDER TO POUR OVER THE PASTA AS A SAUCE, MY HUSBAND LOVED IT. I WILL MAKE IT AGAIN!
