Grilled Salmon I
I've been making this recipe for years, and realized I've never reviewed it. I almost always make it for company, and am always asked for the recipe or to make it when they come for dinner again! I have made it both on the grill and in the oven. When I grill I often use the Reynolds Release foil under the salmon -- it never sticks or chars, but still gets a nice finish. (It does slide a little when you want to flip it, but it really takes the stress out of grilling fish if you are at all concerned.) Excellent -- I have no need for any other salmon recipe!
