Apple Crumble Pie
I loved this pie, although I did make a few adjustments. I added pumpkin pie spice and more cinnamon and nutmeg to the recipe, and I precooked the apple slices in a slow cooker for an hour to make them less crunchy. The white sugar topping was a little odd, but it ended up giving the top a crunchy texture that was really good. I added some brown sugar to the top for color. I will definitely make this pie again!
