Quinoa Tabbouleh

very tasty!! i didn't use the cucumber since i don't like cucumbers in my tabbouleh. i just used the whole bunch of parsley instead. i also only used the leaves as i find the stems pretty chewy.

used kamut flour instead of wheat for a wheat free diet cookie. put it in for 8 minutes and they were delicious!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

excellent recipe! used soya mozzerella instead for a wheat, dairy free quiche. would probably add another egg or two since i felt like there was a lot of spinach.
