White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
This recipe ROCKS!
I used the vanilla instead of brandy, and added a tiny pinch of salt... when all was said and done I had a really hard time mixing it..it seemed very very dry..looked like ROLL cookies..so I added 1tblsp of milk and mixed then added the cranberries and white choc. It improved the texture and tasted GREAT!
The funny thing is I used 2 diff cookie sheets..an Airbake and an reg old well seasoned one (prob older than I am)...the air baked cookies spread more and LOOKED more like the tollhouse choc chip cookie in size/shape...and the reg sheet stayed very rounded..like little mounds...I had one of each...the only difference in taste was the crispness of the edges of the one that spread...both were AWESOME!
Definitely a staple at my house..
quick and easy...that's my motto!
