Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine
This recipe is the best. Warm or room temp, the bread has a great flavor and texture. It freezes well also.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II
This is great! I also added a little sugar, not enough to make it sweet, but just to take the tart out. It is best made a day ahead, I think. The flavors are too overwhelming when it is first put together. Perfect with tacos or spanish rice! Thanks so much.

Fiesta Stuffed Peppers
I love this recipe! My husband and kids love it, too. I pre-cooked the meat, then rubbed the peppers with olive oil and baked them for 30 minutes before filling. We melted some pepper jack cheese on the top...sooo good! This is surely a keeper for us. Thanks!
